The meeting was called to order at 2:15 P.M. by President Chuck Horner. Members present: Paul Cooper, Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Chuck Horner, Sid Jordan, Tom Smith. Absent: Diane George, Elsie Smith.
The minutes of the May meeting were approved.
Old Business:
There will be no August EC meeting. Any business will be handled via email.
Chuck will finish up the trifold and club-related business card and get a moderate number printed to determine usage.
Chuck will follow up with easueus and find out what that company is offering in their email that was originally sent to Diane.
Clubhouse - Sid Jordan:
Reports that the Clubhouse has received the check for recycled cartridges.

There have been some problems with Internet access at the Clubhouse. Hayward Adult School is aware of the issues and is working on them, though some staff are on summer break.

Michael Wong’s volunteer activities in handing out Newsletters was noted with appreciation.
