The meeting was called to order at 2:15 pm by President Chuck Horner.
Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Diane George, Chuck Horner, Sid Jordan, Tom Smith. Absent: Paul Cooper, Elsie Smith.
The minutes of the July meeting were approved.
Old Business:
Chuck will finish the trifold and club-related business card.
Chuck will follow up with EASUEUS and find out what they offered in their email.
Chuck said that he is willing take responsibility as VP Programs. The Board of Directors met and formally appointed him to the position of VP Programs.
President's Report - Chuck Horner:
It was re-stated that the EC meeting starts promptly at 2 p.m.
The Hayward Adult School meeting room policy has changed. Chuck is following up with the Superintendent and with several possible alternate locations.
Executive Vice President - Paul Cooper:
Not present, no report.

VP Clubhouse - Sid Jordan:
The Clubhouse is expecting to pick up another load of computers and monitors. All PCC members are welcome to submit applications for people with special needs (e.g., low income, disabled) who need a refurbished computer.
Chuck asked about moving the PCC Main Meeting to the 2nd Friday because of the large number of holidays that fall on the 1st Friday. He will ask for feedback at the Main Meeting.

New Business:
The PCC promotional videos that Bob Kyle has will be digitized and stored at the Clubhouse, and possibly on our website.
Ron Seipel sent several suggestions.
- Have people write their full name on the Door Prize ticket and save the tickets as a roster of attendees.
- Chuck suggested a Yahoo group to communicate PCC information (change of meeting date, etc.) and to discuss questions. Diane thinks the website can be upgraded to cover the needs.
- Q&A after the Main Meeting break and before the raffle.
- Share information about projects, might be managed on the website.
- We will send out emails with URL to our newsletter to verify member email addresses.
Diane is looking for a good club management application for Joomla, the program she is using to maintain the web site.
