The meeting was called to order at 2:12 P.M. by President Chuck Horner. Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Chuck Horner, Sid Jordan. Absent: Paul Cooper, Diane George, Elsie Smith, Tom Smith.

The minutes of the September meeting were approved.

Chuck will follow up with easueus and find out what they offered in their email.

Jan will convert the PCC promotional videos that Bob Kyle donated to DVD.

We now have 6 nominees for the Board of Directors:

President’s Report - Chuck Horner:

Hayward Adult School fees for the PCC main meeting have been waived by the Superintendent.

Executive Vice President - Paul Cooper: No report.

Treasurer - Tom Smith:

Secretary - Bayle Emlein:

Bayle will miss the November EC meeting. Jan will take minutes.

VP Clubhouse - Sid Jordan:

MAR updating is caught up. The Clubhouse now has plenty of computers to refurbish. For security reasons, the Sunset gate will be closed at the Clubhouse entrance. From now on, use the Laurel entrance or park by the Gym and walk through.

VP Marketing – Open: Volunteer needed.

New Business: APCUG needs snail mail addresses for officers. It was agreed that we could supply this information, which will not be forwarded. Jan will use the PCC database to provide the information.
