The meeting was called to order at 2:18 pm by President Chuck Horner.
Members present: Bayle Emlein, Chuck Horner, Sid Jordan, Tom Smith. Absent: Jan Fagerholm, Diane George, Chris Marston, Elsie Smith.
The minutes of the March meeting were approved.
Old Business: Southwest Computer Conference in San Diego June 4-6, 2010.
President's Report - Chuck Horner: It is looking more hopeful that Hayward Adult School will stay open.
Executive Vice President - Position open.

Tom thanked the Clubhouse for its ongoing support and contributions to PCC. We got $31 for recycling cartridges.
MAR licenses have gone up to $6.00
It was moved, seconded and approved that PCC pay Calvary Baptist Church $50 per month for the use of their facilities for the Main Meeting, beginning January 2010 for the use of the meeting hall.
There is no need for additional insurance for using the meeting hall.
Secretary - Bayle Emlein: Nothing special to report.
VP Clubhouse - Sid Jordan: Michael Wong is working with a veteran’s organization. It was moved, seconded, and approved that PCC/the Clubhouse provide the organization the computers they need for their annual event (approximately 4). More information at EastBayStandDown.org.
VP Marketing - Chris Marston: No report.
