PC Community Executive Committee Meeting
May 15, 2010 at 2 p.m.
28924 Ruus Road, Hayward California
The meeting was disbanded at 2:30 pm.
Members present: Bayle Emlein, Sid Jordan. Absent: Jan Fagerholm, Diane George, Chuck Horner, Elsie Smith, Tom Smith.
President's Report - Chuck Horner: Chuck called to say that he could not get away from a professional obligation. Linda Horner opened the door and gate for us.
Executive Vice President - Position open.
Secretary - Bayle Emlein: Bayle will miss the June Main meeting. Still looking for someone to take minutes.
VP Clubhouse - Sid Jordan: The Hayward Adult School situation is still fluid. Sid is meeting with administration. Bayle will send Sid information regarding registering for the updated Microsoft Refurbisher Program.
VP Marketing - Chris Marston: Chris needs to put his participation on hold.
VP Membership - Jan Fagerholm: Jan reports membership is approximately the same. He is still having problems with the database.

New Business: Canvassing and phone conferencing indicate that the EC is likely to take its summer vacation in August.
