The meeting was called to order at 2:11 pm by President Chuck Horner. Members present: Bayle Emlein, Jan Fagerholm, Chuck Horner, Sid Jordan, Tom Smith. Absent: Diane George, Del Parton, Elsie Smith.
The minutes of the October meeting were approved.
Old Business:
Jan will send a list of expiring members to Chuck. Chuck will send a letter to them letting them know we value their participation.
Bayle will look for the TechSoup community resources page in order to add PCC to their list of groups with resources for the general public.
President’s Report - Chuck Horner:
Chuck thanks everyone who helps set up and break down at the main meetings.
Executive Vice President - Del Parton:
Del emails that he has no concerns to report.

Secretary - Bayle Emlein:
Bayle will miss the January 9 Main Meeting. If she’s still secretary, she will need a substitute. Chuck volunteered to take minutes.
VP Clubhouse - Sid Jordan:
Sid reported that the Clubhouse is making a contribution of $100 to PCC from the donation box. Another $100 was donated by Stellar IT Solutions. They are grateful for the Clubhouse recycling efforts.
Donations of computers to refurbish have slowed down, but the Clubhouse currently has 30-35 computers they are working with. They have completed distribution of one entire batch of computers with MAR licenses for Windows XP Pro and have begin the distributing from most recent batch.
VP Marketing - Chuck Horner:

VP-Programs:
In December, Adriano Chiaretta will present Agendis. He is the principal engineer and chief operating officer of Iambic. They also have add-ons for Outlook, Palm, Microsoft Mobile, etc.
In January Jan will present “the rest of Google.” In February Bayle will present ZoomWare.
The EC discussed seeking a permanent VP of Programs.
VP Special Projects - Bayle Emlein:
Del Parton has suggested a potential project that appears to involve an installation of Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred [manufacturer’s list price: $199.99]. Bayle will contact the person about conducting a trial and if other resources may be appropriate.
Webmaster - Diane George:

Fund Raiser: Stay tuned.
New Business:
PCC elections: names were randomized for the ballots for the election of Board of Directors at the Main Meeting on December 5. Voting will take place during the meeting and the results be announced before the end of the meeting.
