January 9 - BART Quick Planner
This FREE application for Bay Area Rapid Transit provides door-to-door directions, maps, trip plans, and station information. The demonstration will be led by Tony Meadow, who is President of Bear River's professional services that delivers custom enterprise mobile solutions that are tailored to meet your specific needs. They have developed mobile solutions for a variety of business functions, including sales force automation, lab technicians, caseworkers, QA inspectors and building inspectors. Tony will demonstrate the popular BART QuickPlanner which his company first developed for the Internet and Palm OS. Today, it also operates on PocketPC/Microsoft Mobile, Apple iPod, Blackberry, and Web-Enabled Wireless devices.

February 13- Security Applications - Overview by Hardeep Luthra
If you do not have a security solution now, you will after a crisis. Many of us wish to carry sensitive information in our devices, but we fear others could find our social security, bank and PIN numbers. Some of us wish we could secure only specific information. Some want an easy way to secure our whole device. A few even want to remotely lock down, erase all data and completely disable our smartphones for "the nuclear solution." Adriano Chiaretta first visited us in January 2003 with their feature product Agendus and has been a good friend for years. He returns to show us the unbelievable upgrades to their products. Come see Morgan Slain demonstrate their suite of products called SplashWallet which includes: SplashPhoto, SplashMoney, SplashShopper, and their famous security solution Splash ID which operates on Palm, Treo, Pocket PC, Series 60, UIQ, Windows and Mac OS. Their newest application is SplashTravel
